Hi and welcome to my Blog.

My name is Steven Williams and this is my blog where I can share my insights and experiences that I have gained throughout the years from the many networks I have been a part of.  I am a Senior level Network Engineer by day and love tinkering  by night with things like automation, programming, network “labbing”, and anything else that catches my attention. I love technology and getting into the trenches or just trying new things in general. I started this page because it seems that technology blogging is the thing to do and I am all about peer pressure, and I think that it might find one or two people that would benefit from it within the community.

A little about me: I hold a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Network Management from Colorado Technical University Online. I have a few industry certifications that include:

– CCNA Route & Switch
– Palo Alto (PCNSA)
– CompTIA A+/Network+
– Some Microsoft Certifications that are probably worthless now 🙂

My next goal is to get my CCNP Route & Switch and PCNSE.

Not that I think I am popular, but if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to use the contact form and reach out. I’m always happy to share information if I can.

When not working, I’m a proud father of 3 children, have a great supporting girlfriend that understands IT isn’t a 9-5 job, and some cats I kinda sorta like.
